Franken owes $70,000 in back taxes
Apparently, the most "progressive" of "progressives", Al Franken, isn't so generous after all.
DFL U.S. Senate candidate Al Franken, front-runner in the race to unseat Republican U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman, said Tuesday that he has paid $70,000 in back taxes in 17 states, where he earned income going back to 2003.
When you're a liberal, you shouldn't be able to pass things off on your accountant. After all, libs should love to pay taxes, they shouldn't need any creative tax plan.
