If I found someone in need of a kidney should I be able sell the person one of mine?
After all, it is my body, I should be able to expel any body tissue out of it that I wish and for any reason?
Do you feel the same way about an abortion?
How do you reconcile any inconsistencies?
As an adult, if fully aware of the risks you should be able to sell a kidney. After all you are able to give one away.
