More.....The New York Times is raising its newsstand prices for the third time in less than two years as a severe advertising slump forces readers to shoulder more of the costs of producing newspapers.
With the latest changes announced Tuesday, individual copies of The New York Times on Mondays through Saturdays will have doubled to $2 since July 2007.
The perfect leftist answer: Losing money with a bad product, just raise the price! If only AMC would have thought of that, we would still have a lot of Pacers riding around.

ReplyDeleteWow, this move mirrors the Direct TV ad that mocks cable TV where the guy says: "We can't improve our product, but we can improve our price by making it higher."
