DUI plates

Washington state is attempting to force drivers with DUI convictions to sport a yellow plate much like Ohio requires.

Out of curiosity, I wonder, can you get those personalized?

If I ever get a DUI, I think I'm going down to the DMW and get one of those plates with BUDLITE or JACK D or LUVSHOTS or BEER4ME on it.
