Questions the media won't ask

Mr. President. As you know, September 30 is the end of the fiscal year. It is customary for the administration to submit a budget proposal during the summer so that Congress can pass it prior to the end of the fiscal year.

Mr. President, we're only two months before then end of the year. When will you submit a budget to congress?
