Russian snub
Someone forgot to tell these Russians Obama was going to win the Nobel Peace Prize.

My dad is married to a russian national so I called them up a while back to ask if this was a snub or something else. Definitely a snub according to russian wife.
And I love O's face somewhere along the third missing handshake.
