A few days ago I was listening to some discussion on the radio about the stimulus just as was driving by a location where one of these signs was planted.
As I drove through the area, I noticed the sign was down now. I looked around the road but didn't see what had been done.
Was the whole stimulus program simply to put up the signs and then take them down?

I still see 9% unemployment, public pensions are bleeding billions, and every day I still hit several unavoidable potholes right next to that sign.
Nothing's different than Nov 2008 except my kids owe about $10,000 more to the Chinese and some union leaders won't have to postpone their Hawaiian vacation. I've lost all "hope" for any "change".
