Meet Mother of the year, Tasha Parsons. Why is Tasha in the news?

Murder charges have been filed against the woman accused of beating her son for hours on end for taking her percocet pills.

29-year-old Tasha Parsons was charged Monday by the Decatur County Prosecutor's Office. 30-year-old Waldo Jones, a man who had been living with Parsons and her children for nearly 12 months, was charged with neglect of a dependant causing death.

According to police, the beating took place the afternoon of June 3rd. Investigators say Devin Parsons was beaten by his mother using her hands, feet, a belt, and a metal tray.

Now does anyone want to wager dollars that this idiot was on some public assistance to fuel her drug habit?
