Carney: Unemployment Benefits Could Create Up To 1 Million Jobs

Another Keyensian hack!!!! Jay, unemployment benefits are essentially paying for economic resources to remain idle. Yes the money goes into the economy but it also comes out of the economy in ways that certainly slow growth and slow job creation. Their inability to see the cost side is breathtaking.
