A vote for Obama will have the US looking like Oakland

I wonder when "progressives" are going to own the shit holes they've created in our once great American cities?

Forexample, let's take Oakland CA which will probably go Obama 85-15. You couldn't find a republican in their city government with an entire posse from the show Bonanza....

This location on MacArthur, west of Interstate 580 and about a mile northwest of the Oakland Zoo, may be the most concentrated killing zone in a city where killing is common. Oakland, ranked America's fourth-most-dangerous city in a CQ Press study released in November, has seen 105 homicides so far this year, up from 104 at the same time last year.

Police blame the MacArthur Boulevard bloodshed on a pervasive problem - young men who fall into drug dealing and violence. In response to the killings, city officials recently made quelling violence at the location a priority, combining a stepped-up police response with outreach and job-finding assistance for youths.

But solutions remain elusive.

I've got a solution! Let's try voting for a republican in that city for a change.

105 murders in one year? In one city? If this were Iraq, code pink would be going crazy. When will Obama announce they're pulling out of our cities?

At least a vote for Obama would make the rest of the country look like Oakland.
