E-check
Are Cincinnatians ready to drive their cars in for an E-Check?
Nearly four years after the widely unpopular auto-emissions test - dubbed E-Check - was waived for Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren counties, there's a chance the anti-pollution program may resume in Cincinnati - and be required for the first time in central Ohio.People loved it so much we'll bring it back.
Ohio environmental officials testified Wednesday in Washington that E-Check, wider use of low-RVP - short for "Reid vapor pressure" gasoline - and other anti-pollution programs may have to be reinstated in Southwest Ohio and a six-county region that includes Columbus to meet federal air-quality standards.
Now that's what I call responsive government; will of the people! Viva la Revolucion!!!!!
