Someone please remind Harry that he's in the majority? Yes there's a filibuster, but there has been no problem getting the 3 republicans he needs to break it.
The press needs to properly interpret what is going on: Harry doesn't need the repubs to pass senate bills, he needs the republicans for CYA.
