The conventional wisdom from the talking heads was that the mandate would be ruled unconstitutional while the remainder of the law would stand.
Frankly, I prefer this ruling over that one. Why?
If the former were to be the law of the land then the libs would simply keep it all in place and just borrow more money to fund it.
This way, people are going to feel the impact of this decision and it won't be the Warren Buffett's of the world.
The shouts will get more and more pronounced as those insurance renewals and/or policy cancellations start rolling in.
