DC had a gun ban?
In a what should have been a slam dunk unanimous decision (it ended up 5-4), the court of judicial supremacy today ruled the DC gun ban unconstitutional.
Frankly, I had no idea DC had a gun ban. I guess none of the murderers there got the memo.

Obama's three fav justices, Breyer, Ginsberg, and Souter all voted to keep the ban in place.
