Sotomayor's lack of intellectual depth

It's pretty clear that Sotomayor is an intellectual boob. Given that Obama's going to appoint a liberal activist, we might as well make sure we at least get an incompetent one.

The good news? The Supremes won't have to keep taking her cases from the Appeals Court so they can reverse it (60% reversal rate) .
