Here's a question for Fareed. When does the government need to sacrifice?

Ahh, but the government DOES sacrifice. You do realize that every dollar that you earn is a potential dollar sacrificed by the government. I mean come on. The fact that there's maybe 50% of that that they don't tax is a huge sacrifice.
