“He had every right to leave wherever he was and get back to where he wanted to be safely and this behavior is criminal. Not only was he relieved of his property after he was assaulted, but there were a lot of other things that were done to him that were disturbing to look at and we want to bring these people to justice,” said Baltimore City Police Det. Nicole Monroe.The police report says his attackers stole his $1,300 watch, a $500 iPhone and an Audi car key worth $300.
“It’s awful, obviously, but you have to be careful on those days. You can’t be wandering around the streets,” said one resident.
