Obviously, we don't know a good time. We need to live in "Progress" City, where Easter doesn't disqualify you as a potential homicide victim......
Before this past weekend, the last homicides in Cincinnati were on the weekend of March 6-7th. Three people were killed: a 13-year-old girl in Winton Hills, and two young men in Avondale.
But the list of victims has climbed by two since then. The latest is 30-year-old Joshua Erkins. He was found wounded by gunfire at 1717 Vine Street. He was pronounced dead at University Hospital.
Detectives have not released any other details.
Read about the other weekend murder.
Wow..... 14 homicides and we not even in the heat of summer.
What's so "progressive" about being gunned down on Easter?
