It appears that the president will sign the financial "reform" bill making it's way through congress.
If you're the gambling type let's have a wager.
I'll put up a thousand dollars that says within the next ten years we'll have another big bank collapse and subsequent bail out.
Let's face it, congress has been passing bill after bill for over two centuries and yet seem inept to prevent another oil spill, Katrina disaster, bank bail out, auto bail out, etc. And yet this time it's going to be different?
Who's the gullible one?
