I have to tell you, while Reid is a moron and knows not what he said, there is indeed a lot of ramblings from folks I know that are still on active duty that many of the top brass are in fact incompetent. I am reminded of a study GEN Casey commissioned and it found that 2/3rds of the battalion commanders in Iraq of both Army and Marines were ineffective. Yet none were fired.
