Stimulis: Because all economies have performance issues

With the snow melting a disastrous problem has appeared in the RightRunner's back yard. The RightRunner pooch has deposited voluminous amount of poop which now needs to be scooped!
The problem is immense and continues to grow each day. If something is not done immediately, the RightRunners may never recover.
That is why I propose the purchase of a new scooper in addition to a six-pack of Coors Light. This will also require a steak later on along with another six pack.
I am currently in negotiations with Mrs. RightRunner and I am sure a compromise will be reached....A tentative deal has been reached. I agree to delete one six pack. Mrs. RightRunner will receive a pair of new shoes, a perm and "French" nails. RightRunner Jr. gets two tanks of gas and little Miss RightRunner gets a new i-Pod.
AND I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS TO SCOOP THE POOP!
The family has to stop watching the news and watching how our politicians negotiate.
