It's time to raise taxes on the BOTTOM 50%! That's right, I said it. These free-riders need to pay something so that they have skin in the game; otherwise, they they just vote for more handouts at the expense of the producers. Even a 2% minimum bracket may give them a sense of responsibility for their actions.
