Three people were indicted Tuesday on voter fraud charges.Margaret Allen, 64, is accused of requesting an absentee ballot for Ohio although she has lived since 2009 in Florida.Ernestine Strickland, 84, is accused of registering to vote and voting by absentee ballot in Ohio although she lives in Tennessee and has never lived in Ohio.
Andre Wilson, 49, is accused of registering to vote and casting an absentee ballot using a fictitious Ohio address.
