Once again, the city of Chicago, showing that "progressive" doesn't just mean high taxes (10.25% sales tax) it also means doing other "progressive" things like banning baggies.

I've got an idea for Chicago. How about banning the sale of drugs in your city?

You know if you outlaw baggies only baggies will be outlaws or something like that.
