Meet Levar Ricks. What is he in the news for?

Levar Ricks, 18, of Westwood, is held without bond this morning at the Hamilton County jail on charges of murder and aggravated robbery. He is scheduled to go before a judge at 9 a.m.QuestionCincinnati police arrested Ricks about 12:30 a.m. today. They accuse him of shooting Israel Barton on Friday afternoon - the day before Barton's 32nd birthday - in the 200 block of West McMicken Avenue in Over-the-Rhine.
This November, assuming Mr. Ricks is out on bond, does he bring his youthful enthusiasm to the polls and vote for Obamamania or does he vote for the same old McCain?

If "the Duke" had any smarts, he would realize he could know all he wanted about me by simply clicking on my profile.
I use the pen name for creative purposes only. Ask anyone who's ever been around me and they will tell you that I've never put something on this blog that I wouldn't say in person.
I get this all the time when I point out the extraordinary citizens like Mr. Ricks.
If "The Duke" would spend as much energy making sure clowns like Mr. ricks were jail as he does defending them, the city of Cincinnati wouldn't be a shit hole.
How can anyone (except an attorney) defend people like that? It's bad enough we have people like Levar in our society but to defend him, and I assume that is what the comment does, it is difficult to get his point, is insane. In addition he has a preoccupation with bodily excrement.
