Blame the oil companies

So those nasty oil companies are doing everything they can to drill the American public?

What if I told you that they spend more money in taxes than they do actual oil exploration?

Over at the American Thinker, they have a nice piece on oil and the price we end up paying at the pump.

This whole windfall profit tax is such a joke....of course we know who those taxes would be passed on to.

Riddle me this Batman....

How does increasing the cost of business for an oil company make gasoline cheaper for the consumer?

Well, it's just that those darn oil companies, are well, just making too much darn money, and we're just tired of it you know with gas $4.00 a gallon and all.

On another note... I am sure glad MY company profits are up 'cause I get a raise and all.

Basic economics should be required to graduate high school, otherwise you get dumbasses. Othe wise known as progressives.
