It might look embarrassing to carry a sandwich board apologizing for your actions in front of the city police station, but Jessica Flores said it is a good thing that happened to her.She agreed to hold a sign apologizing for being drunk when she kicked, spit and cursed at officers in exchange for felony charges to be dropped against her.
