Put together 2 stories of the day and a distinctly new take on President Obama's administration begins to emerge.

Story 1: Obama botched the Brown visit because he is exhausted, not sleeping much;

Story 2: Obama is holding nearly nightly parties

Is Obama lazy? Yes. It certainly appears that he's delegated governing to some persons else.

And yet he's exhausted all the time? We see why: the same reason any immature university student would be in his or her first months on campus:

Too much partying!
