Jay Glazer of FoxSports.com this morning said the Cincinnati Bengals offered Michael Vick a two-year, $2.3 million contract.
Vick, 29, has been out of the league for two years after being convicted of conspiracy and running a dogfighting operation. He reached a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles that was reported on Thursday worth $1.6 million, with an option for a second year for $5.2 million, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
Last month, Bengals owner Mike Brown said that Vick wouldn’t be a fit in Cincinnati because Carson Palmer is established as the starter.
“Quarterbacks are like queen bees,” Brown said then. “Carson is the guy.”
Hey Mike Brown, instead of trying to sign more derelicts to your team, how about spending some energy and signing your top draft pick.
If you are one of the people going ot og your way to watch their game tonight, you are a douche bag. Anyone who would willingly give money to this family has a mental illness.
As black jack dealer, Marty from Vegas vacation, would say "why don't you just give me all your money and I'll come over and kick you in the nuts."
More on this horrible organization here.
