Growing up in Lancaster Ohio meant hearing all the stories about Rex Kern, Ohio State Quarterback. When you grew up on Washington Ave right between the two Kern barbershops (Trenton his father and Max his uncle) and went to West Elementary, it meant a constant barrage of Rex Kern, Legend, stories.
Congratulations to Rex for making the College Football Hall of Fame.
It was nice to go back to my home town paper and read some of the things going on in town.
