I steal a radar detector from my neighbor's car and I sell it to you for $20.00. If caught, you could be charged with receipt of stolen property.
Out of curiosity, if someone steals $65,000 and blows it in a casino why isn't the casino charged with receipt of stolen property and required to pay it back to the owner?
Just a thought.
