Here's a graph of state tax receipts for the third quarter, 2008.
It looks to me that a lot of these states are "blue".
Coincidence?
Of course, we all know that it's really Bush's fault that these states weren't ready for an economic downturn.
What's so "progressive" about bankrupt states?
