Here's a stimulus success story: In Arizona's 15th congressional district, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending. At least that's what the Web site set up by the Obama administration to track the $787 billion stimulus says. There's one problem, though: There is no 15th congressional district in Arizona; the state has only eight districts.
Late Monday officials told ABC News many of the jobs created and money spent from the stimulus plan were incorrectly credited because people filling out forms entered wrong data, like the number of the congressional district.
For example, there's no 86th congressional district in Arizona either, but the government's recovery.gov Web site says $34 million in stimulus money has been spent there.
Truly, in days gone by, a definition of incompetence was incomplete without a mention of Jimma Carter. How I miss those days.

A presidential fairy tail
Remember those fairy tales your parent told you as a kid where the handsome prince got jobs for everyone in the country; including the 86th Arizona congressional district.....
