A South Fairmount man was indicted today for not telling a teen he had sex with at the Downtown library that he was HIV positive.
Maurice Golsby, 46, was indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury for felonious assault.Golsby was convicted in January of public indecency when he was caught having sex with a 17-year-old male in a restroom at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
The indictment accuses Golsby of knowing he was HIV positive and not telling the teen of his status before they had sex.
The charge carries a maximum prison sentence of eight years.
