What about the victims

Now that most states are slowing down executions, what are they doing about the victims to these crimes?

It was May of 1987 when Walter Pooley's daughter Deborah was kidnapped outside her Covington apartment.

The Barleycorn's assistant manager was then raped and murdered.

A jury convicted Gregory Wilson of the crimes and sentenced him to death.

"This guy that killed our daughter has been on death row in Kentucky since 1988. He's had several reviews. Like I told you before I would take care of it myself if I could get to him," Walter Pooley said.
Apparently Kentucky sentenced this piece of excrement to death by Alzheimers.
