Sure, Why not?

Excerpt
A 34-year-old Italian man who had sex with a 13-year-old girl has had his sentence cut by a two-thirds because a court decided there was "real love" between the pair.

Maybe he could have just said, "hey, I was just born this way".

After all, we have apparently accepted that gays are "just born that way" why shouldn't the same rule apply to all sorts of regulated sex acts.

You want to have sex with a minor? No problem, I'm sure you have some gene that makes you attracted to youngin's.

Same with animals, prostitutes, toe tappin' in a stall, hey why not necrophilia?

Gordon, you're being ridiculous again.

Am I? God designed me to like tall women with curves but there are plenty of men who aren't sexually attracted to that at all. Some men like short petite brunettes, some like skanky chicks, some like young girls, and some men are attracted to other men, some animals, some multiple partners. Aren't we all just born that way?

How do we distinguish what sex acts should be regulated and those that should not.

As I've said before, nature dictates that when a girl starts menstruating, they are mature enough to bear children so who are we to put some arbitrary date on when someone can have sexual relations.

I would argue that nature says its more natural for a 40 year old man to have sex with a menstruating thirteen year old than a man to have sex with another man. Yet ones illegal and the other is not.

What's the difference?
