Meet Eric Wixcey. Why is Eric in the news?
A 22-year-old Bath man was charged with arson late Thursday after officers accused him of dropping a lit cigarette into the gas tank of a police car.Police said Eric Wixcey, of North Revere Road, was seen tampering with the gas cap of an Akron cruiser while officers were maintaining order in a large crowd in the 1200 block of Weathervane Lane, a popular entertainment district.When police approached, they realized that he had removed the gas cap and placed a lit cigarette in the opening. When they went to arrest Wixcey, he ran. He was caught after a brief chase. Wixcey was charged with arson, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct by an intoxicated person, and molesting police property. He was booked into the Summit County Jail.
So on November 4, 2008 when Eric here showed up to cast his ballot, did he vote for the Hope and Change candidate or the Four more Years of Bush candidate.
