What is the problem with road signs?

From the AJC

Public Works officials are replacing 50 "Men Working" with signs that say "Workers Ahead." It will cost $22 to cover over some of the old signs and $144 to buy new signs, said Public Works spokeswoman Valerie Bell-Smith said.

I can see the problem with the old signs.... they imply someone is actually working.

Yeah, 1 worker standing around, 3 supervisors supervising each other and an OSHA puke making sure they're all doing the OSHA way.

It should say, "Men at work," and "Woman holding flag."

Guys, where's your sensitivity? Flag holding is very stressful. Think how unnerving it must be when you are in a job that can be that easily outsourced ---- to a bucket of sand.
