Meet Noble Maseru. Why is he in the news?
Cincinnati Health Commissioner Noble Maseru found himself under scrutiny by his own department after grass at his Westwood home grew so long it violated city standards.Maseru was fined $200 and ordered to cut his grass after an inspector cited him April 24, based on an anonymous complaint lodged one day earlier.
An Enquirer review of the property shows the grass has been cut. Because that work was done within the 10-day requirement, Maseru is eligible for a $100 deduction.
It's the second citation at the home in a month, city records show. Maseru was cited April 15 by the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division of the city's Community Development Department for failing to have a secure hand rail on outside steps to the home.

He should get fined for that rat's nest on his head. A shave and a haircut will probably uncover a small band of pygmies living in there. In which case he should also be fined for providing unsanitary housing.
It does appear that grooming is not one of this guy's strong suits. Kind of ironic given the position he's in.
But that would just make him a democrat.
