Elliott Spitzer Socialist Governor of New York, has switched positions and will support the issuance of driver's licenses to illegal immigrants.
Let me make sure I've got this right. If you are an employer in the state of New York, you could possibly go to jail for hiring an illegal immigrant. Yet the state can willfully issue driver's licenses without any penalty. The same driver license an illegal will use to document his I-9 form with an employer.
Someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeease explain to me how this is fair.
