Just when I start to worry about Ohio being run by a cabal of idiots and morons, Michigan always reminds me they have most of the population.
When your economy is in a borderline depression, the last thing you want to do is raise taxes. Unless you're Michigan. Then of course you raise raise taxes by 1.45 billion dollars.
The nice thing about being an Ohioan, when our I-75 bridge falls into the Ohio river, all those rich and intelligent people fleeing Michigan won't be able to drive south of Cincinnati.
