Of course she does. She's a liberal. See my post below. We have a 300 million people in this country. You could conceivably have 300 million programs to cover every want, need & desire of every citizen.
But how do you do programs for, let's say, 20 million people and not do something for all the rest?
Even better, not only do you not do something for the remaining 280 million but you make them pay for what you're doing for the 20 million.
That's why people don't fear socialism... They're all at the trough waiting to get their's.
