Thomas Sowell has a great piece revisiting the whole Clarence Thomas/Anita Hill affair.

I still remember my initial thoughts when the great senators attempted to lynch Justice Thomas and that was simply scumbags don't confine their "scumbagginess" to one. It's usually a trait that transcends numerous people.

Yet there was never any reports of the kinds of things by others. What gives?

As I said in a previous post, a liberal has no difficulty in smearing someone's character since it's a quality they give no value to.
